Wow. Did you even read the article?

She wrote it for white travelers who are also not indiginous to the region. Why would they stare at her? I’ve traveled internationally for years — it’s just rude to stare at someone to begin with — especially because of their skin color, and I think it’s especially rude for a white traveler to stare at a fellow traveler who happens to be a POC.

After all, as a white traveler I don’t stare at other white travelers — so why would it somehow be OK to stare at a POC?!
