It’s rather embarrasing. I can do squats with my feet flat and I can place one foot on a 3-foot stool with the other foot on the ground (either foot). Also, I can do 20–25 push-ups in one set.

At 64, I feel fairly good about that.

But I have never been able to sit with my legs straight out (at a 90 degree angle), nor have I ever been able to grab the soles of my feet. (Or bring my upper torso to lie flat with my legs spread out).

Even as a young teen I could not do these moves!
