The answer to your question is: No. There should be no room made to force people to attend a religious service. It’s illegal and unethical. What if the employer were Wiccan and demanded everyone participate in some white magic ritual every day? Should Christians, Orthodox Jewish employees, or Muslims be forced to participate?

It’s wrong on so many levels—and I cannot imagine the Rabbi who gave us the golden rule would approve.
