I’d love to check out your sources--the idea is very intriguing. I’m not overwhelmed with the evidence--I’m not totally convinced. However, it wouldn’t bother me one way or the other.
I will say, there is one idea I don’t recall seeing in your article (I may have inadvertently skipped over it). What would give the argument more credibility in my mind is recognizing the person who would be reading this letter and even expounding on it among the Roman house churches: Phoebe. I could imagine Paul constructing his letter in such a way that would make full use of the voice of his emissary to the Roman churches.
But, I will remain reserved for now--with a desire to accept the thesis that Paul switched to the voice of Eve in this passage, just not yet convinced.
