I have never found the term “servant-leader” anywhere in the Bible. I see Jesus saying that those who wish status must become slaves to all—right after pointing out that the ways of power and prestige are antithetical to following him.

Jesus is turning the entire concept of prestige and power on its head. “You know how the Gentiles are…not so with you,” is the takeaway.
