I am glad that I grew up in a tradition that did not accept premillennialism or the rapture. I always thought the system a bit strange.

They claim to take Revelation “literally”—but no one really does. Otherwise “locusts” with teeth of iron and women’s hair wouldn’t be interpreted as attack helicopters—they’re very selective about what they interpret “literally.”
