Do I have critiques? Yes. Did they follow Tolkien completely? No. Were some of the character developments disappointing? Sure.

Still enjoyed the show, didn’t experience a moment’s angst over it, or take to social media in a huff, nor do I think Tolkien is turning in his grave.

This is likely my first and last comment on the series. (Oh, and I loved Gaiman’s playful responses—great sense of humor. Of course, I’d expect nothing less from Gaiman!)
